ERC pays you directly, removing any client credit risk. Once costs are mutually approved, we pay for site assessment, design, equipment, installation and ongoing maintenance and replacement. All including your margin.

Project Commission & Long-term Recurring Revenue
When you use the ERC Program™ for a project with one of your customers we pay you a substantial commission in addition to your margin, and a percentage of the monthly revenue for as long as that customer remains active (our assumption is 30 years on average).

We Bring you New Projects/Customers
ERC does not provide any assessment, design, installation or maintenance services but we are very often presented with project opportunities that require these services without an identified party to provide them. In that circumstance, we would look to our existing partners to provide those services and bring the project to them.

Assured Long-term Maintenance Business
Unless you sign a 30-year maintenance agreement with every customer you do projects with, you're not assured of getting all of their ongoing maintenance or upgrade business. Since ERC retains ownership of all installed equipment and technology, we decide who performs all the required maintenance and upgrades. As long as the customer remains in good standing in the ERC Program it will always be our preference to use the company who did the original installation for those requirements.
