How the ERC Contractor Program™ Works
01Kickoff
ERC and your client sign a non-binding Sustainable Infrastructure Agreement that initiates the assessment process and allows ERC to begin committing resources to helping you and your client.
02Assessment
The Contractor, or their designated Subcontractor, performs a comprehensive assessment of the client’s (“The Operator’s”) existing equipment and needs. ERC then proposes a Pre Conversion Plan and recommendations based on the assessment data and the Operator’s product preferences. ERC is product agnostic.
03Evaluation
Once the Pre Conversion Plan and its proposed benefits have been approved by the Operator, ERC will create the final Conversion Plan which will include details of the exact products and work to be done on the project as agreed between ERC and the Contractor.
04Installation
The Contractor installs the new sustainable infrastructure at no cost to The Operator. ERC retains ownership of the installed equipment/technology and provides a license for its unlimited use to the Operator. The Contractor is paid promptly through The ERC Program™.
05Payment
After installation, The Operator makes monthly payments to ERC for the use of the installed equipment and retains a share of savings from the conversion.
06Maintenance
ERC pays for equipment maintenance and replacement. At any time, The Operator can terminate the agreement or purchase the equipment and take on maintenance responsibilities.
