About ERC
Enabling a More Sustainable Future
ERC exists to help organizations be healthier; financially and environmentally. We do this by removing the barriers to implementing cleaner technologies that reduce operating expenses, improve working conditions, and create a more sustainable world.
Our MissionFunding
The ERC Program™
ERC pays all the costs for your new sustainable infrastructure: assessment, design, install, maintenance, and future lifecycle upgrades. We remove the major barriers of risk and upfront capital investment to help you achieve your sustainability and energy savings goals.
About the ProgramCase Study
The bright side of Everest Academy’s LED conversion
By converting all lighting throughout their entire campus to energy-efficient LED lighting, Everest Academy was able to re-focus funds to invest in more modern learning technologies for their students.

Think forward, grow back
Our mission is to reduce and reverse climate damage as quickly as possible—and at scale—for a resilient, abundant future.
Many organizations have sustainability goals without the financial ability to meet them. Meanwhile, climate change is accelerating. The Energy Reduction Coalition invests our own capital to make clean technologies and infrastructure fast, affordable, and risk-free.
Infrastructure for good
Funding to make the switch
Better Quality of Light
Organizations can receive immediate benefits from updating their inefficient indoor and outdoor lighting (street & parking lot lighting, security lighting, stadium lighting, etc) to high-efficiency fixtures, sensors, and digital controls that both enhance aesthetics and decrease operating costs. Your “go to” contractor, or one recommended if needed, will spec the latest state-of-the-art technology specifically for your facility through our Program.
Improved Indoor Environment
Heating and cooling technology and systems have advanced significantly in the last 20 years and are not only much more energy efficient but also produce less carbon dioxide than many installed legacy systems. Your preferred engineers, or one of our approved partners if needed, will analyze your existing equipment and needs and design the most efficient and highest quality system to meet your goals.
Safe, Clean, Air & Water
Cutting-edge active air filtration technology is effective against 99.8% of all airborne pathogens, spores, fungi, viruses, and bacteria which can significantly increase the safety of the built environment. For the healthcare industry, this means fewer Hospital/facility-acquired infections/conditions, reduced in-patient time, fines and insurance, and staff sick days. For schools, it can result in a major reduction in student and faculty absenteeism, higher test scores, and improved student safety.
Less Power, Chemicals, & Fines
Wastewater and water treatment facilities require significant energy to power pumps, run aeration systems, exchange air and control other operations 24 hours a day, seven days a week. According to the US EPA these facilities typically account for 35% of municipalities' budgets. Wastewater facilities also produce many toxic chemical bi-products that trigger substantial fines and restrictions by the EPA
The Future is Renewable
Retrofitting your facility with energy-efficient technologies is a great thing but when complemented with a renewable energy creation like solar, the benefits are compounded. Solar is one of the most reliable forms of energy and is relatively easy to deploy. Storage solutions can further enhance the benefits, provide off-peak arbitrage opportunities, and reduce grid-related grid interruptions.
Making More Efficiently
As the infrastructure that supports manufacturing ages it out it becomes less and less efficient and in many cases has also been replaced with more efficient technology. This can not only impact operational costs and environmental impact but productivity as well. Let us help, the ERC Program can be the answer to achieving your productivity, profitability, AND your sustainability goals.
You've Got the Power
The growth of electric vehicle use has reached its market momentum phase and use and ownership are growing exponentially. However, infrastructure is not keeping up with the pace. States are beginning to mandate that some percentage of every public parking lot have EV charging stations and every major business or multifamily complex should also now be providing this essential service. Not all organizations have the capital to deploy this needed tech. The ERC Program can help!
